A contractor with 15 years of renovation experience, Brennan Kearney founded Renovation Resources Unlimited Inc. to offer detail oriented, customer focused design and contracting services to clients in Brooklyn, Manhattan and beyond. She also loves the surprise on people's faces when they meet a female contractor!

Her previous accomplishments have included co-founding and operating Design Build Live LLC and Charrette Properties, Inc. She has renovated countless of her own properties and homes for clients. From brownstones, to bricks, to frames, each project offers unique challenges and rewards, making renovation a process she never tires of.
